GRACELAND TO CONSTRUCT FISH PONDS IN SENIOR CHIEF KEPULA Senior Chief Kapelula of Kasungu has commended the Graceland Foundation for its commitment to improving community livelihoods through the establishment of a cooking oil manufacturing plant and fish farming projects. Kapelula made the remarks while identifying land where the foundation will construct fish ponds and a cooking oil processing factory with support from Malawians based in Israel. Graceland Foundation founder Kondwani Kamanga said the project will cost more than K35 million and is expected to be completed within three months. According to Kamanga, the project aims to improve the welfare of vulnerable people, promote girls' education, and support people with disabilities. Reported by Nelson Gonjani.
